Discount Rules
1) must be oaky with participating that’s talking and being recorded for the YouTube channel
2) must sit for the whole tattoo
3) must leave a deposit before end of January
4) must be pop culture and in my style I will have creative control but we will discuss options before committing and accepting a deposit.
